From AY2008/09, candidates may be admitted to one of two study tracks which are catered to candidates with different levels of qualification. Track 1 (40MC programme): (a) a local honours degree in related fields, or equivalent (b) an equivalent overseas degree (a 4-year Bachelor degree). Track 2 (80MC programme) At least a three-year Bachelor degree in related fields or equivalent, with a satisfactory GPA.

Proficiency in English is a requirement for admission to all graduate programme in NUS. An applicant whose native tongue or medium of undergraduate instruction is not English must have a TOEFL score and the minimum TOEFL score ranges for NUS are as follows: Paper-Based (PBT): 580-600 Computer-Based (CBT): 237-250 Internet-Based (iBT): 85 Please note that the TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years from the test date. If it has been more than two years since you last took the test, you must take it again to have the scores reported.
