Scores are required of all applicants whose first language is not English. Being a U.S. citizen does not automatically exempt an applicant from taking the TOEFL; if the applicant’s first language is not English, the applicant must meet the exception above or submit TOEFL scores. Stanford does not accept IELTS scores.
The Statistics Department does not have a minimum GRE score requirement. GRE General Test (GRE) is required for all applicants. The department does not accept the GMAT, LSAT, or MCAT in lieu of the GRE exam. Applicants may choose to submit their scores to the university at the time of the test session or wait to send their best scores at a later date. https://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/about/scoreselect/ Enter the date and scores from the exam you intend to send to Stanford.
